The Haircut Question

I need a haircut. I'm trying to decide between my regular $12 short-but-cut-by-a-professional, and just buzzing it all off myself. I tend to get my hair cut and then wait 10-12 weeks before getting it cut again, by which time it's driving me batty. How often do you short-haired-and-liking-snappy-rather-than-scruffy-hair people get yours cut?

Perhaps I need a hobby.

i usually get it cut every two months. by the end of that period though, it usually looks terrible.

Me too, I really need to cut that down. I asked the hairstylist that same question last time I went, she said every three weeks is the usual.

Yeah, much more my style. Except that "style" is not a word normally applied to my hair, face, clothing, walk, or attitude. Or anything else I missed. :)
