Date: 2007-02-12 09:55 am (UTC)Yeah, kitchen in the basement. We ended up getting a little turned off by that one today, as you've seen from my later post.
Roselawn was stunning. If it were in a good neighbourhood and not a 15-minute walk to the subway, it might have won. Very nice design, good space, and *finished*. Definitely would be easier than what we chose. :)
Oakcrest wasn't bad, but had tons of interest that will likely be a bidding war today. It's on our backup list still if this one doesn't happen.
