Roselawn looks to be in better condition and would require less work done to it. Although Egan looks like the basement is meant to rent out, so might bring in some extra money.

The prices on any of them aren't bad at all, surprising for what you hear about TO.

Egan has no separate entrance for the basement, so it would limit the rental options to family and friends I think. The place we ended up choosing has a side entrance, but not a complete basement apartment, but who knows - potential for the future.

Prices were not bad, if you're willing to live in the city and in a neighbourhood that's not rich. Similar to Dartmouth vs Sackville: the houses in Sackville cost more, and are further away. :)
