Ten points to whomever correctly guesses the item I purchased on the train this morning that contained, according to the ingredients list, "beef fat."

And no, it was not an item containing meat, like a sandwich. Think outside the box!

Update: heartovmidnight correctly guessed a danish!. I am actually one-quarter Danish, by the by.
