NHL = New Hockey Layout?

I finally found a copy of the NHL rule changes for 2005-2006. I have no idea how many (if any?) hockey fans are reading this, but it sounds like it really could change things a lot. One example: no more ties. Ever.

Well, since spending fifteen years alternately pretending the problems didn't exist, and pretending to improve the enforcement of existing rules, this is a welcome change of tactics for me.
