$179K for a 2 bedroom in Yorkville? I'll take two!

I think Cam needs to be made aware of the significance of this find.

I wonder - is this the former home of the girl who got killed in the infamous "Just Desserts" robbery? There's got to be something wrong with it!

Somebody must uncover the shocking truth for me! (just search downtown TO on mls.ca with a top price of $200k for a condo, and it should pop up)

The building is 30 Gloucester Street - I know exactly where this is.

How should I put this? It's more convenient to the Wellesley station than to Bloor, and it's between Yonge and Church.

Trust me, NO ONE who sees you moving in boxes and notices your wedding ring will ask where your wife is.

I have no problem with living in the village. Though I want to live near a grocery store no matter where we live next.

As I recall, the nearest decent-sized grocery store is the Loblaw's one block north of Bloor on Yonge. There's an odd little Dominion store in the basement of Manulife Centre.

Well, the secret is out - it's not in Yorkville. It's in the heart of the Gay Ghetto.

Which would be fine by me. I like how they say "quiet residential street," without the added 'except for late June each year' caveat.

I don't know how much sprawl there is to Pride in TO, but it's got easy access to the trains, so I think you'd be able to sneak away if the situation warrented.

Or you could host parties all weekend. Your choice.

I love Pride, actually. It's highly enjoyable, and one of my thrills is tjhe lack of sprawl -- you just suddenly are knee deep in gay. :)

I haven't been to Pride in Atlanta since 2002 - I think we were in Chicago during Pride 2000, and in Vermont during Pride 2003.

The 2002 Pride involved conspicuous amounts of drama from two of our straight friends who went. Kinda ruined it for me.

And it's not what you're thinking - the other three straight friends in our group were all fun, but these two were so "deeply in love" that they were in the beginning stages of Running-Off-All-Their-Friends-Because-Who-Needs-Other-People-When-I-Have-You-Sweetie.

Not Yorkville, the Village. Which would be handier for us anyway I think. Dunno.
