It's a Crime to Refuse to Reveal Your Name to Police in USA (if a state passes a law saying so, the US Supreme Court has said it's OK)

I wonder what the laws are in Canada...

as was told to me by my father, if you are the driver in a car which is pulled over you must present licence and reg. if you are the passenger you may present your sweet canadian ass, or nothing if you desire.
If you are in a home that the police are in and it is not your own, you are required to tell them nothing. If you are in a porn, and they have big 'batons', you call them "big boy", and your name is "bitch".
