How interesting! the lj user tag now reports the user's real name, rather than their username, but only sometimes. When I do it, it's still the old way.Can somebody explain why that is?

Examples: [livejournal.com profile] leapfish, [livejournal.com profile] nihilicious, [livejournal.com profile] c9

(How'd I do that? <lj user=leapfish>)

Whenever I use it I always get their username... but you can do funky things with links though, which you can do anyways... I'm way too tired this morning so I'm going to share my useless information that you know already....

Example.
<lj user="c9"> = [livejournal.com profile] c9
[Unknown site tag]
<a href="lj://user/c9/">Cameron</a> = Cameron (https://www.dreamwidth.org/users/c9/)

But that's still not the same because you don't get the funky little icon.

I'm out of ideas...
