Wowzers. "Anyone caught on the streets after the curfew could have their vehicles seized and be fined $1,000." Better get home there, kids!

I have no problem distinguishing the difference between "stay off the streets you stupid pedestrians, you're going to get run over by a huge plow" and "tell us the names and addresses and acquaintances of everyone who marched in that protest." But down south it may be harder to find that line...
