c9Toronto Hydro sent us a letter this week with information on their upcoming Time-of-Use electricity rates. (Currently, Toronto charges a flat rate regardless of time, but it is outfitting the city with smart meters so they can move to a better system)
It's awesome! The reporting is quite extensive and visual and intuitive. It has floating tooltips, hourly updates (note today is already shown), and it's very responsive too. Well done Toronto Hydro!
