I've been on more planes in the past four months than in the previous couple years, which is fun but also exhausting. But at least this year's travel (combined with some personal travel) has gotten me up to Special Status Number One with Air Canada for next year, and I think in another few weeks I'll hit Special Status Number B!

Scary! You actually have more Status Miles than I do so far this year, I'm at 33,484.

Of course, by end-July I'll be around 119,000, lol. United is running double status miles in May/June, and I'm off to Anchorage once, and San Francisco once. :)

I've been trying to redeem an award DC-London in August, and can't find ANYTHING. Only thing I can find is Halifax-London.

So far, I've booked DC-Toronto-Halifax-London with London-Zagreb tacked on for the same milage. If you're gonna milk it, milk it!

Prestige: 25 segments or 25,000 miles
Elite: 35 segments or 35,000 miles
Super Elite: I forget.

The Aeroplan site is down so I can't point to anything there, but there are dozens of different benefits at each level, ranging from free upgrade certificates to bonus points whenever you fly to lounge access, etc.
