I totally Rooolba
May. 21st, 2007 10:02 amWe are about to be the proud new owners of a Roomba! Woohoo!
I am quite proud of this because they're rare in Canada, expensive when you can find them, and going for high prices on eBay all the time. I got a decent price, zero shipping because it currently lives only a couple klicks away, and the Canadian dollar is at a 30-year high!
I look forward to many blog posts complaining about it in the future.
Update: I can not believe I spent that much on a vacuum either. But this house is so dirty. It's ridiculous.

Date: 2007-05-21 04:53 pm (UTC)I think there's a few things that make it dirtier, and maybe make it seem dirtier to boot. The hardwood compared t the carpet for one (doesn't collect / hide hair and dirt), plus the old house with lots of dust and oldness everywhere. :) The basement is crazy for 60 years' worth of dirt, so that alone gets tracked back upstairs a lot. I love wearing white socks, but this place is turning all my socks grey!
