Date: 2006-11-15 03:03 pm (UTC)Well, I'm worried sick, but that's just because selling real estate when you are on a schedule is SCARY.
The selling prices of our unit have an interesting history, actually. The realtor pulled them up:
1990: $153k
2001: $120k
2004: $145k (this is us purchasing)
Seems like the rough edges of Kitchener had some sort of impact in there.
