I did! The muffins are 150 calories, the nuts are 70 calories per 1/3 cup, and the cinnamon is inconsequential because I forgot to mix it in, so it mostly will fall off when I turn the muffins upside down.

The muffins are bigger, so probably 225 calories each, total.
