Yeah, he is a little creepy. I really can't think of anything Dvorak's ever got right... then again, I don't read his column much. I don't have time for people who can't get Linux installed properly :-)
I've been googling for a couple minutes, and I have found multiple independent comments and posts encouraging investment in the opposite of what he says.
