Goin' on an ISP Hunt...

c9Well, http://www.Istop.com is having more legal difficulties with Bell. They're an Ottawa-based DSL reseller, and Bell has cut them off, second time in a year, and they've basically sold their customer base to cybersurf, whoever that is.
They provided me with free hosting since i used to buy a bunch of hardware from them. Now I need a new home. I don't need an ISP, but any suggestions for a new hosting provider? Cheapest is best, as the kitchen renovation has eaten all my available funds until at least 2006. :)
Specific needs: somewhere to put my shit. no domain (yet), no email addresses. CGI would be nice.
