MIT is holding a Time Traveler Convention! The idea is that people from way in the future will hear that stupid prehistoric humans in 2005 held a time travel convention, and they'll come back and attend. I *love* it. It's so geeky and fun.

I want to go. :)

For those interested in attending, it's on May 7, 2005, 10:00pm EDT (08 May 2005 02:00:00 UTC) in the East Campus Courtyard at MIT. 42:21:36.025N, 71:05:16.332W (42.360007,-071.087870 in decimal degrees).

Deep down, I'm laughing about the latitude and longitude coordinates since it's about 15 to 20 southwest of me in Cambridge, MA. Those coordinates make me feel like it's being held in a galaxy far far away or something...

Not to mention the fact that it's a time travel convention... that's just wacked! hehe...
