Apr. 8th, 2005 06:54 amLast night's dream starts out in a car. For some reason it's cold enough that the answer is to light a chafing dish heater (those little pots of gooey fuel) and put it on the back seat of the car. Eventually, we (not sure who we is) end up in a race, but it's indoors, like Mario Kart in a castle. The building reminds me of a Vegas casino atrium or hallway. The chafing dish heater ends up on the road, on purpose, but we debate whether it should go off to the side, or right in the middle of the road. It goes in the middle, but we go back and decide to move it.
There we bump into Prince Harry. I think he asks my female companion out, or maybe I suggest she go for him, and she says "Sorry, you're not really interesting to me." Something like that. So I say, "You're really interesting to me," all shy and quiet.
Next, Harry and I are standing at some half-wall elsewhere in the building, alone, talking. I don't remember the conversation topics at all, but he says something sad and I rub his back a little bit. He relaxes visibly, but also tenses up after: "This can't happen. I always want to, but then some archduke uncle dies, and I'm off again." Something like that. As if on cue, the Archbishop of Canterbury shows up with some military officers, and they throw some military gear onto him and give him a big duffel bag to carry, and off they go.
Suddenly we're at a big dinner, very fancy, I'm in a tie (though my shirt isn't buttoned to the top). My family is there, sitting at a better table than Prince Harry is. When I sit down with my family, Tim tries to tease me by saving, "Cam's got a new looooooove interest!"
...and that's where it ended. Interpretations?
