...do you ever wish you could leave a comment on someone's livejournal entry that they could not see, only others could? It would be mean, but so much funnier.
There needs to be another level between friends and strangers, like "put interesting posts that I would enjoy on my friends list, but none of the whiny or bitchy ones. Unless that's what I'm in the mood for." Like Tivo.
