Yeah they are wicked. My brother in Japan has a heated seat toilet and it even washes your bits and pieces with warm water. It also has a little fan to suck away any foul odours.

He just has the basic model too. The more advanced ones will analyse the content of your waste and warn you if there are any medical problems found and can even relay the data to your physician.
