Montreal Part One

Well, we made it. Just because things were going too smoothly, it's all turned to crap. We're at the wrong hotel from where someone we were planning to hang out with is, it's a shitty hotel, it's far away from the Village, I managed to get frustrated and half-lost like four times in four hours while driving, and the smoke in my eyes is making me cranky.

Bleh. More updates tomorrow, hopefully all sorts of fun will occur. :)

No, I meant it literally, everybody smokes here, and all the resto's and bars allow smoking. You'll find it hard to quit if you move here.

Very true. But Montréal (and good boy for using the accent!) has so much more to offer than suburban Toronto. It's just unfortunate that one of those things is lung cancer (due to cigarettes) as opposed to the breathing problems (due to smog) in TO.

I did the smog thing when I lived in L.A; I figure I'd be better off with that (peut-être?) than trop de fumér à Montréal
