c9Living across the street from the police station, I'm beginning to appreciate the many different ways lights can be made to flash and blink, with accompanying sirens. In Halifax, police vehicles are red/white/blue flashing, which to me is very "normal." But I suspect it may be possible for other colours to be made to flash, so I thought I'd ask:
