I will never stop being sick!

Well, I've decided that I'm never going to get better. It's far more fun to be sick anyway. Waking up every morning with a sore throat, being barely able to swallow, and hacking up phlegm -- gosh, it's fantastic. I think my penicillin is no longer doing anything, or maybe I've caught something else now? I don't know. But I feel like crap every morning, which is not nice. During the day I'm not great, but I'm OK. ARGH.

I wouldn't worry if I weren't being worked off my feet at work, moving Friday, and getting married in 3.5 weeks. Too Much Stress 2: Electric Boogaloo.

i feel your pain - minus the wedding/moving stress. ok - maybe i don't feel shit. :)

i had to have my tonsils taken out when i was 26. they were swelling shut on a regular basis and i was sick far more often than i was healthy. i had been on penicillin for such a long time, i developed an allergy to it. they FINALLY agreed to remove them and it was later discovered one of them was slowing rotting away and pumping nothing but infection into my entire body - which explains why i was sick all the time.

good times. i was only out of commission for 4 or 5 days. it is a GREAT excuse to get out of helping move boxes around. :)

I just made a new doctor's appointment. After nine days on penicillin (out of a ten day dosage) I'm feeling roughly as bad as I did at the beginning, despite improving for a few days. So it's time for the big guns.
