I used to blog. And when I blogged, it was about things I found interesting. Not so much recently. Here's one reason why: (courtesy of my twitter feed)
Update: Complained to the Commission for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS), they escalated to Bell, special office at Bell investigated and removed the charges. Polite, fast, appropriate customer service - it only took months to get it. Glad that's done with.
Get ready for a #Bell really sticks (#Bellstinks) tweetbomb, everyone.
Nov'09: call #Bell to complain re fees I wasn't told of. Only option: write letter. Customer Service dept doesn't have a phone number. (1/5)
Jan'10: call #Bell to check on complaint. They claim they called and left msg (they didn't). Asked for call. Received no call. (2/5)
Feb'10: call #Bell to check on complaint. Only option: send another letter. So I do. Received no call for 2 months. (3/5)
May'10: call #Bell to check on complaint. CustServ dept no longer has mailing address, never did. Despite being given by multiple ppl. (4/5)
May'10: Must talk to 1/2 dozen ppl to express complaint, "this was always the policy". Sadly, at this point I give up. Not worth it. (5/5)
...& finally I must stress that the "5/5" shown in last tweet is not rating of #Bell's service . Are there no good phone/net providers? Sad.
