Of course, the individual tax income will only work if people have jobs. The states have lost tax revenue from gasoline because of the wacky prices this past year, because people started conserving and stayed in the habit - so payroll taxes are going to end up being the same way if people don't go back to work.
Yeah - I have already read a lot of problems with the projections. I'll keep my fingers crossed just the same, because as we sometimes say: when it's windy in the US, Canada gets a cold!
I love I/O flow graphs. We do the same sort of thing to explain to VPs why we don't have the resources to work on all ten of their pet projects simultaneously.
