No, our closing is 48 days, but if we want to have the luxury of not putting our lives in storage for any period of time, we need to make a deal and get a 30-day closing sometime in the next two weeks.

Toronto will be cool. There's lots of condos there, so we have lots of options.

Actually, we sold our place in just a bit longer than the average for Kitchener, although it was frustrating just the same. :)

I used to live around the corner from that place. We used to sit on our (illegal) deck and wave to the people on the (legal) deck of that building or the one next door.
