My good friend from high school, Elyse, brought great party decorations and a weird little confetti-and-streamers device. You twist the bottom, and a ton of crap flies out the top, settling gently to rest in every dish of dip in the room.

I present for you the instructions from the package, carefully transcribed to be completely accurate:

The product is used fo inside and outside celebration occasions such as wedding. Christmas Evening, various entertainment parties etc, which can increase the festival atmosphere and promote celebration to the climax.
