Google Censors Iraq Video - for US only

Updated: Google is not doing any censoring, but rather the person who uploaded the video chose to restrict it to non-US viewers. Odd, but not evil.

I have seen that message before as well, but it was for the SuperBowl commercials that Google Video was hosting. Apparently one of them (I can't remember which) didn't want it to be seen in Canada.
