Why do people think putting mushrooms in a Caesar Salad is a good idea? Clearly it's not.

oh but the mushrooms in the salad were even better.. I never thought it would be good however - yummers.

Earl's, the lunch place in my office building. But I've had this horrifying problem appear at fancy restaurants, and casual restaurants, in various places.
