This is production week for the play I'm in, so I'm insanely busy, plus it's the last week of the election campaign. For those who are getting a little sick of nothing but politics: it's almost over.

Thew play is called Bar Stories, and conveniently my costume is almost exactly what I wear all the time anyway. Jeans, t-shirt. :)

Haha - nope! I'm not willing to do nudity on stage, thanks. I directed a play in which others did though.

Break a leg. A leg!

Yes! I knew it was something like that :-)

(Who said that originally, anyway?)

No idea.

In high school the star of the first play I was ever in actually broke her leg. We rewrote the script to allow her to literally yell "Stunt Double!" before her big fight scene. It was a riot.

Cool, I knew that was the saying, but I never thought about it being a loophole to be able to break someone else's leg. ;-)

Oh yeah, theatre's all about the loopholes. :)

For the record, I am incredibly impressed with all the work you've done on those posts. You seriously put a lot of effort into those! :-) And I can appreciate how passionate you are about these elections, since I was feeling rather passionate about our last presidential elections (and then, I wanted to just slit my wrists afterwards, but that's neither here nor there) here in the U.S.

Good luck with your play, mister :-) *hugs*

Good luck!

And thanks for all the riding write-ups! I read each one of them with interest, though I haven't really commented.

There's not a lot to be said in most cases, really. I want to slip in some jokes sometimes.
