Dear Abby:

I have three acquaintances, let's call them Xavier, Yorik, and Zebediah. Xavier and Yorik have both told me that Zebediah's advances towards them are making them uncomfortable. I want everybody to get along, but it's not really my business, even if I knew them well. Is there any way that I help resolve this issue without making people feel bad?

Hmm. You could, say, post this question to your livejournal, so that all of your friends can wonder if they are Zebediah. Or, maybe it's just me wondering ...
