Spain "Wins"

...when really, citizens of both countries win.

Spain passes equal marriage bill. According to CBC, this makes them fourth, but my understanding from this other story is that the bill is basically law almost immediately, meaning they're technically third. I'm not familiar with the final law-creation procedures in Spain though.

but really we won cause the court cases gave 90% of Canadians equal marriage rights before Spain got them so nyah nyah

Exercise

There's a cat in my building who takes his owners out for a walk each morning. The couple, in their sixties at least, wander the back of the building sniffing plants, while the cat sits in the middle of the lane staring. I just don't understand how the cat reaches the door handle to let them out of the building.
