Ah, come on. That's barely a switcher story at all. To be a real switcher story, Linux should have killed his kids and raped his wife or something to get really upset about. Harping about Sunbird is pretty dumb, since it's just as buggy and crappy on OS X as it is in Linux. If he wanted a good WebDAV compliant calendar, he ought to have been using Evolution all along.
Give it a few months. Let him get annoyed with how mail.app in Tiger doesn't correctly move junk mail out of his Inbox, or how you can only cc/bcc your own account when sending outgoing email. Or let him get annoyed with how Thunderbird's saved searches only work on one account at a time. Or how Safari doesn't work with some secure websites (if they use any kind of federated authentication, forget about it). Or how cocoa windows react to cut/paste one way and carbon apps react another way. Or how OS X will just sometimes just refuse to log you out. Or how Spotlight defaults to opening mail in Mail and web pages in Safari even if you've changed your default mail/browser. Or how DVDs only burn correctly about 50% of the time...
Every OS sucks, it's just a matter of degrees and what bugs you personally.
