c9To prove that you are actually human, please identify as many of these sections as you can. They are differentiated by colour, and have specific meanings.
If you cannot identify the sections, clearly you are not human, since this was sent as our attempt at communication with the globular cluster M13 in 1974. Seeing as you are not human, you should report to the proper authorities: either a) the transit station in the Men in Black movies, b) the Oval Office in the White House, or c) the backyard of Elliott, the kid with the bike in that movie.
