c9Hmmm. I received a Sears bill today informing me that I had not made any payments on my account yet. And I owe a bunch. And they want to talk to me. Etc etc credit rating etc.
So I called. The full payment I made on October 22nd has been lost. Sears doesn't have it, PC Financial doesn't have it, and needless to say I don't have it. Grrr.
I've asked PCF to start an investigation. But Ugh.
