I bought a new toy. I can't find any images of the types of images it projects, but this puppy

projects a dot, or a line, or a crosshairs. It's quite exciting.

I can even project these things on the building across the street.

So watch out.

I knew you and Mike would be confused. See, many people put things up on their walls that are actually attached, so this leveler allows you to put nails in the wall that are in a straight line, so as to line up the pictures or what have you.

Use laser beam to ensure lines are straight - tape walls, paint.

I want to do some more unique painting on the walls when I move, with boxes and stuff - having a laser will make is easier than a San Francisco Fag.

I was being sarcastic, Dave. Sheesh. Yes, it can do exactly that, and is exactly why someone might use it. More often for hanging things, but any old use of a level, really.

It's a desensitisation of the word, without forgetting what it really means.
It's a tactic used by many minorities to reduce the harmfulness of the word itself (examples include any rap music, Jews calling ourselves kikes, Yids, I know Chinese folks who call themselves chinks etc).

Plus, by referring to myself in a derogatory matter, I don't get offended when others do, as all it is to me is a negative word. It has the same sting as if someone were to call me a bitch, cunt, whore, ass(hole), prick, shmuck etc.
