I'm learning a new course this week, called Help Desk Analyst. It's a fascinating soft-skills course (no computers involved at all), dealing with the mechanics, strategies, and troubles of working a help desk. It's a fun one, though it's one of those annoying courses that involves lots of role playing, student participation, and buzzwords.
