if i ever catch a canadian complaining about the cost of higher education i will shoot them on the spot. dead, right there.
University of Virginia, a PUBLIC school, state funded, charges $25,000/YEAR for regular undergraduate degrees. unless you were lucky like me, and got it for free due to being horribly poor and having a single low-income mother, you're going to graduate with usually tens of thousands of dollars worth of debt. period. there's no way around it.
now, my friends becky and amy, who attended Boston University and University of Pennsylvania respectively, each paid nearly $36,000/YEAR for their undergrad degrees.
