Do you think the Liberal government in Ottawa has done a good enough job to deserve re-election, or is it time to give a new party a chance?...and later on, I was asked to indicate which party leader is best described by the following words or phrases:
Please select one response only.
- Liberal Party deserves re-election
- Time to give new party a chance
insipiring, dishonest, strong leadership, competent, arrogant, flip flops, has the best plan for the future, too negative, understands the concerns of people like me, corrupt, makes unrealistic promises, compassionate, stands for what I believe, and intelligent.Hmmmm. When answering on some, like "flip flops," I wondered whether my answer would actually have any effect on the overall poll. (My answer was Stephen Harper, because he has a proven track record of opportunistically changing his position to win votes. Most politicians do, even in the NDP (though not Jack Layton, that I've noticed anyway). But I suspect Paul Martin will get the most votes in that category regardless of how I answer.)
