1) Adopt kids
2) Buy a house
3) Run for office
4) Write a book
5) Visit space
6) See the worldwide turn towards less-socially-conscious politics and behaviour end
7) Have a positive impact somewhere so that I end up in an encyclopedia for some reason

7 things I can do:

1) Waste time
2) Waste money
3) Teach almost anybody almost anything (as long as I already know it)
4) Speak well in public, despite being horrible at it in school and dreading public speaking assignments
5) Write passionately and strongly when I want to, whether in letters to the editor or in personal correspondence
6) Spell and punctuate, 99% of the time (have to leave a gap for the now-inevitable error in this post)
7) Make people laugh, often on purpose!

7 things I cannot do:

1) Predict what others are thinking about a topic
2) Have patience for a chain of command / org chart
3) Keep my nose out of other people's business (mostly at work), I'm always trying to know what's going on, make suggestions about what's going on, and be involved in what's going on
4) Pay attention to detail when I'm not having fun
5) Leave acne and scabs alone
6) Grasp how anyone could ever believe that pure punishment of crime (such as longer sentences), rather than root cause remedies (such as reducing poverty and increasing education), could ever work
7) Play guitar. Even though I own one, I haven't touched it since we moved, and I really need to get off my ass and do so.

3) "... that sort of thing." It's my trail-off-at-end-of-statement filler when I'm teaching, and I really need to break that habit.
