Would somebody please, please, travel back in time and write down all the great songs that Sandy would play after LuLu on Thursdays, and send it to the DJs at Club Renaissance, so that I don't have to a) firebomb them or b) write them a strongly-worded complaint letter.

Just got back from the bar. Horrid, horrid music. DJ convinced he's at a straight, hip-hop-loving bar. He may be right, I just wish it wasn't true.

It's Ren or rent a car, drive 90 minutes, find parking, walk to 5ive/babylon/whatever, don't drink, drive home, pay for gas. *sigh*

Rent a car = $45 + gas, train = $66-100 depending on price (for two people).

Hotel = $120-$3,0000 depending on sanity. :-)

Best route: reduce consumption and walk to nearby, cheaper bar, and just suck it up. :)
