Forgot!

I forgot another thing I saw here in Vancouver! They're filming a movie a block from the office, Traveling, and rather than block off the area where they're filming since they (I presume) want background crowds, etc, they just put up a sign saying (paraphrased) "we're filming here, if you don't consent to us using your image for free in this movie then get the heck out of the neighbourhood."

Fun! I want to go find famous people and gawk, because we know that's healthy for them. (see Harry, Prince; Diana, Princess; Lohan, Lindsay; Spears, Britney; etc etc far too often)

Did the Tories try to bribe a dying MP?

...and if not, why won't they answer the simple questions?

And finally, why are we not having an election if the opposition believes the Tories lied, they disagree with the budget, and they repeatedly say so? When the government has lost the confidence of the house, it should fall. Except yesterday only seven Liberal MPs showed up to vote on the budget -- voting no, but allowing it to pass through their colleagues' absence. Kinda sad.

Do I want an election that Harper would probably win? Perhaps -- asking the electorate for their opinion would be light years ahead of the current Harper-Dion coalition farce.
