Management is not as easy as Dilbert makes it out to be

I am so busy at this new job at work I'm going nutso. It's not just the job, it's also the major upheaval at work due to the merger, the rehearsals three nights a week, the moonlighting that finally ended this week, travel (Ottawa this weekend!), helping KWLT by designing a program for the show that opens tonight, and on and on and on... I'm surviving fine, but I feel my "willingness to be polite to others" factor dropping rapidly.

Gah. Etc.

For those in Ottawa: I'm in town from late Friday until way too early Sunday. I think we're going for brunch Saturday morning (contact Jeff or me as a last resort, Jeff's the boss) for details. Then I'm at Elyse's Saturday night, and maybe out at a bar with Jason and Sounds Like Almond that night if we have the energy. I want to visit the girls, visit family, see the city, and basically do everything I haven't had a chance to do since our wedding, which was the last time we spent more than an hour or so in the city. Clearly it won't all happen, but hey. I apologize in advance for all the people I won't get a chance to see. Maybe next time.
