Hooray new friends!

I met a new friend the other day, and discovered that he has a blog. In it, he referred to me as a guru. Am I? :-)

I also discovered something interesting: I have different types of emails I send to differently-close friends. I have a couple friends who, along with my boyfriend Vinny, I would send any old thing to, including emails that have nothing but a subject, whereas I have several friends who I feel I always need to say hello, and sign off at the bottom, otherwise it just doesn't feel right. I just sent an email to this new friend, and it was far too short -- I felt it immediately. Apparently I have minimum length requirements for my email: I'm an e-size queen.

Apparently I'm *really* not interested in getting to work...

Aye, and he's a geek too.

So I'm writing this to introduce my friend simplisticton, a.k.a. Ben. Everybody say hi. He's cool. Has three cats. Live in Fredericton and hates bats. Knows leapfish, petele, and even fiver00, and it's hard to think of something that rhymes with fiver00.

Is it pronounced "fiveroooh"? Maybe I could use Magoo.
