Puzzles

[livejournal.com profile] leapfish's note about modular mathematics reminded me about some fun logic puzzles I was attempting yesterday.

The New York Times is running an involved puzzle featuring eleven different puzzles, somehow related to the Olympics. I've completed the first four so far, but haven't spent any time on them today. Perhaps later if I get bored.

(they require a PDF reader to view)

Considering the best I did was Grade 10 general Math, I think I'll stick to the simpler puzzles such as "where's Waldo" ;p

Ooo, here's a text-only Where's Waldo. A little odd.

I couldn't stop thinking about them after I posted, so I did three more. Then I had to do work. :( If it weren't for Buskers, I'd have them all done tonight, by hook or by crook (read: google).
