Annoying URLs

An advertiser in Wayves recently submitted an ad containing the following URL. We referred to it as the impossible URL. (apostrophes aren't allowed in URLs, and backwards R's aren't on most keyboards of Wayves readers)
www.gays'Я'us.biz

A free mint package I received at PEI Pride a few weeks ago is labelled bilingually. The English URL is sexualityandu.ca. The French URL is masexualité.ca. Curious, I tested the French one. It doesn't work. But if you ignore the accent (as most anglophone people would) it works fine.

ARGH!

Even more annoying is the fact that someone would use Gays'R'Us at all, whatever the punctuation. It's just silly sounding.

Plus, it should be Gays'R'We ...

Using an French keyboard is a treat. My compter will at random start typing out french punctuation. It's an hassle.
