I hate being sick. But two extra strength Tylenol Sinus NightTime will resolve the problem. Either I'll feel better, or I'll pass out asleep and thus feel better. Only problem is: I'm at work!

I took Nyquil before going to work once. Then I spent the day drinking cup after cup of coffee (this was back in Ottawa before I discovered espresso) in a desperate effort not to pass out on my desk (this was also back when I saw customers all of the time so passing out at my desk would have been more of an issue than it is now).

Net result? I was still only semi conscious, but the shaking from the caffeine kept me from falling asleep completely.

Lesson? If it says “Night Time”, it means “Take this when you want to convince your body that it is night time”. Perfect for red-eye flights.
