If my job is supposed to look like this:
- Teaching 60%
- Web development 15%
- Schedule creation 10%
- Misc. 15%
...but it actually looks like this:
- Teaching 90%
- Web development 5%
- Schedule creation 5%
- Misc. 20% (yeah, too much overtime!)
...and I want it to look like this:
- Teaching 30%
- Web development 30%
- Misc. 30%
...how do I make it happen? Especially when making any positive change means, by definition, the company has to spend more money on contractors (and ideally me too!). *sigh*
I'm so afraid to quit.
