I am so weak.

This morning I had a meeting which went so long that I missed out on the doughnuts that our office has for students*. When I got to the kitchen, there were only bagels left. They always have cream cheese, but today there was also raspberry jam**. So I had half a bagel with cream cheese and then raspberry jam on top.

It was really quite good. It's a good thing it's not often available, or I'd really be in trouble. The doughnuts alone*** are giving me pimples.

** and not the "double the berries half the sugar jam type spread" which we have at home, which is totally awesome BTW
*** my willpower may be part of the equation too, but I don't care.

i'm trying to get skinny for my vacation in two weeks and it's SO hard to walk past the bagel/donut guy on the way to work without stopping. i almost broke today.

I feel your pain. We discovered this really yummy garlic butter spread a couple of months ago and the amount of garlic cheese bread we've consumed since then has been... unhealthy.

Also, Lays' curry flavour chips. So, so bad. And by bad I mean good. In a bad way.

I'm battling the "Startup 15". The kitchen at work always has more food in it than my kitchen at home. And on Fridays we have breakfast brought in from Whole Foods. I made the dangerous discovery this morning that my usual choice of a bran muffin (good!) as big as my head (bad!) tastes much better if I butter it.
