You know, a free mocha frappuccino at Starbucks doesn't begin to make up for getting up way too early, riding the uncomfortable bus to Toronto, working all day, subway-and-busing to the airport, flying to Halifax, and having to spend two days away from home and my husband during this stressful condo-selling time.

But it was nice of them to try.

Good luck on the sale, it took us 3-4 months, and a decrease of 30K... WAS VERY STRESSFUL! Esp having closing when I was in NZ, on other side of planet :(
